New Delhi: Commuters of suburban trains in all cities in the country can now voice there issues to the railways.
A Parliamentary Standing Committee on Railways looking into the issues related to suburban rail services and security of women passengers has invited opinions from commuters to improve the services.
Suburban rail passengers or associations representing the passengers may send their memoranda, views and suggestions to the email ID – firstname.lastname@example.org – or by post to Director (PAC&R), Lok Sabha Secretariat, Room No.439, Parliament House Annexe, New Delhi-110001, or fax it to 011-23034089.
Passengers can submit their petitions on issues related to existing suburban services, suggestions to improve services, problems faced by passengers on the suburban trains and stations and security of women passengers, according to an official release.
Passengers who wish to give oral evidence before the parliamentary standing committee may approach the Lok Sabha Secretariat for consideration.
