अब ‘रेल मदद एप’ से ट्रेनों की जनरल कोच के यात्रियों तक मदद पहुंचाएगा रेलवे

सामान्य कोचों (जनरल) में सफर करने वाले यात्रियों की परेशानियां रेलवे सुनेगा। सफर के दौरान यात्री पानी, बिजली और साफ-सफाई के लिए शिकायत दर्ज करा सकेंगे। अभी तक यह सुविधा केवल आरक्षित यात्रियों तक ही सीमित थी। यात्री ‘रेल मदद एप’ पर जाकर अपने टिकट का नंबर दर्ज कर शिकायत कर कभी भी कहीं से भी मदद मांग सकेंगे।

‘रेल मदद एप’ से रेल यात्रियों की परेशानी का तत्काल निराकरण होगा। इसमें 138 से लेकर सभी हेल्पलाइन सेवा जुड़ी हैं। इसमें आने वाली शिकायतें सीधे बोर्ड तक जाएंगी और वहां से मंडल कार्यालय भेजकर मदद उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।

शिकायत करना हुआ आसान
रेलवे में क्लीन माई कोच, हेल्पलाइन नंबर, कोच मित्र और ओबीएचएस (ऑन बोर्ड हाउस कीपिंग सर्विस) की सुविधा मिल रही है। यात्री अभी अलग-अगल एप और हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर शिकायत करते हैं। ‘रेल मदद ऐप’ ने शिकायत प्रक्रिया को काफी आसान बनाया है। इसमें कोई भी आसानी से शिकायत कर सकेगा।

टिकट पर लिखा नंबर इस्तेमाल करना होगा
जनरल कोच में सफर करने वाले यात्री टिकट पर लिखे नंबर का इस्तेमाल करेंगे। पहले यह नंबर रेलवे के लिए एक आंकड़ा था लेकिन अब जनरल यात्रियों के लिए यह सुविधा का साधन होगा। ‘रेल मदद एप’ में यात्री अपने टिकट नंबर को दर्ज कर शिकायत दर्ज करा सकेंगे। आरक्षित यात्री पीएनआर का इस्तेमाल करेंगे।
