कहीं नकली तो नहीं आपका ट्रेन टिकट, IRCTC ने जारी किया अलर्ट

क्‍या आप इंडियन रेलवे कैटरिंग एंड टूरिज्‍म कॉरपोरेशन (IRCTC) के जरिये टूरिज्‍म टूर प्‍लान कर रहे हैं तो सतर्क हो जाइए. देख लें कि कहीं आपका बुक कराया गया ई-टिकट नकली (Fraud Bookings) तो नहीं है. इंडियन रेलवे (Indian Railways) की कैटरिंग और ई-टिकटिंग कंपनी आईआरसीटीसी ने टिकट बुक कराने वाली फ्रॉड वेबसाइट्स (Fraud Website) को लेकर अलर्ट (Alert) जारी किया है. दरअसल, कॉरपोरेशन को आईआरसीटीसी के नाम पर फर्जी टिकट बुक कराने की दो शिकायतें मिलीं. आईआरसीटीसी के मुताबिक, ये शिकायतें सीधे आईटी सेंटर (IT Center) को भेजी गई थीं.

आईआरसीटीसी ने की फर्जी वेबसाइट की पहचान

आईआरसीटीसी के मुताबिक, अवैध तरीके से टिकट बुक कराने वाली वेबसाइट की पहचान irctctour.com के तौर पर हुई है. चौंकाने वाली बात ये है कि इस वेबसाइट की ओर से जारी किया गया टूर कंफर्मेशन वाउचर (Tour Confirmation Voucher) आईआरसीटीसी की ओर से जारी किए जाने वाले वाउचर से हू-ब-हू मेल खाता है. इसमें मोबाइल नंबर 9999999999, लैंडलाइन नंबर +91-6371526046 और ईमेल आईडी irctctours2020@gmail.com भी दी गई है. कॉरपोरेशन का कहना है कि इस तरह से आईआरसीटीसी के नाम पर टूरिज्‍म प्रोडक्‍ट्स (Tourism Products) बेचना गलत है.

IRCTC ने दर्ज करा दी है ऑनलाइन एफआईआर

कॉरपोरेशन की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट www.irctctourism.com है. इस साइट के जरिये लोग इंडियन रेलवे टूर, एयर टूर (Air Tour), लैंड पैकेजज (Land packages) और क्रूज पैकेज (Cruise Packages) ले सकते हैं. कॉरपोरेशन के आईटी सेंटर ने दो शिकायतों के आधार पर ऑनलाइन के साथ ही थाने में भी एफआईआर (FIR) दर्ज करा दी है. इसके अलावा आईआरसीटीसी के होम पेज पर एक अलर्ट भी जारी कर दिया गया है. इसमें बताया गया है कि irctctour.com आईआरसीटीसी की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट (Official Website) नहीं है.

कॉरपोरेशन ने लोगों को जागरूक करने को कहा

अलर्ट में कॉरपोरेशन ने स्‍पष्‍ट किया है कि www.irctctour.com के जरिये किए गए किसी भी लेनदेन (Transactions) के लिए आईआरसीटीसी जिम्‍मेदार नहीं है. इसके अलावा कॉरपोरेशन ने धोखाधड़ी (Fraud Activities) को रोकने के लिए सभी से अपने आसपास के लोगों को इस बारे में जागरूक करने का आग्रह किया है. इस बीच, रेलवे प्रोटेक्‍शन फोर्स (RPF) ने इंडियन रेलवे में फर्जी और गैरकानूनी टिकट बुकिंग के सबसे बड़े रैकेट का खुलासा किया है. हाल में आरपीएफ ने झारखंड (Jharkhand) से एक सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियर को गिरफ्तार किया. ये इंजीनियर गैरकानूनी तरीके से रेल टिकट बुक कराने का रैकेट चलाता था.
