टीटीई को नहीं मिलेगी पसंदीदा ट्रेन, हर रूट की ट्रेन में करना होगी ड्यूटी

ट्रेन में यात्रियों की टिकट जांच करने वाले टीटीई को अब पसंदीदा ट्रेन में ड्यूटी करने नहीं मिलेगी। उन्हें अब हर रूट की ट्रेन में ड्यूटी देना होगी। इतना ही नहीं टीटीई का ड्यूटी चार्ट बनेगा, जिस पर सीधे वाणिज्यिक विभाग के अधिकारियों की नजर होगी। दरअसल जबलपुर रेल मंडल से शुरू होने वाली ट्रेनों के साथ जबलपुर रेलवे स्टेशन से गुजरने वाली ट्रेनों में टिकट चेकिंग स्टॉफ (टीटीई) को तैनात किया जाता है, लेकिन कई ऐसे टीटीई हैं, जो अपनी पसंदीदा ट्रेन में ही ड्यूटी करते हैं। न तो उनकी ट्रेन बदलती है और न ही ड्यूटी लगाने वाले उन्हें दूसरी ट्रेन देते हैं। इस खामी को दूर करने के लिए अब ड्यूटी प्रक्रिया को पूरी तरह से बदल दिया गया है।

हर टीटीई को सभी ट्रेनों में बारी-बारी से ड्यूटी करनी होगी: जबलपुर रेल मंडल के सीनियर डीसीएम विश्वरंजन ने आदेश जारी किया है कि जबलपुर मंडल से गुजरने वाली हर ट्रेन में टीटीई की ड्यूटी लगाई जाएगी। हर टीटीई को सभी ट्रेनों में बारी-बारी से ड्यूटी करनी होगी। मतलब है कि जबलपुर से इटारसी जाने वाली ट्रेनों में ड्यूटी करने वाली टीटीई को अब इलाहाबाद और सागर की ओर जाने वाली ट्रेनों में भी ड्यूटी करनी होगी।

अवकाश की एमएसएम पर दें जानकारी: दशहरा और फिर दीपावली से लेकर छठ के दौरान अधिकांश टीटीई अवकाश पर रहे। एक साथ अधिक संख्या में अवकाश दे देने की वजह से टिकट चेकिंग का कार्य अवरूध हो रहा है। इसे देखते हुए वाणिज्यिक विभाग के अधिकारियों ने टीटीई की ड्यूटी लाने वाले जिम्मेदारों को निर्देश दिया है कि वे हर दिन अवकाश पर रहने वाले टीटीई की जानकारी एमएसएस के माध्यम से सीधे अधिकारी के मोबाइल पर दें।
