Syllabus for Tech III Level 2 in AC Fitter Trade in Electrical Dept.

1. अंग्रेजी शब्दों और अंको को पढ़ने में सक्षम हो।

2. फूट रूल, इनसाईड व आउट साईड कैलिपर, फिलहर गेज इनसाईड व आउट साईड माइक्रो मीटर व गुनिया आदि को पढ़ने व प्रयोग करने योग्यज हो।

3. ट्रेड से संबन्धित सभी हैंड टूल प्रयोग करने का ज्ञान हो।

4. ड्राईंग व साधारण सर्कट डायाग्राम को पढ़ने एवं बनाने में सक्षम हो।

5. विद्युत पंखों, बत्तियों, मोटरों, विद्युत पंप ओर स्टार्टर, स्विच गियर और ट्रान्स्फ़ोर्मर की मरम्मत करना।

6. सेल, बैटरियों की जांच व चार्जिंग करना।

7. केबल बिछाने व जोड़ लगाने का ज्ञान होना।

8. अर्थिंग करने का ज्ञान।

9. ट्रेड से संबन्धित नियमों व विनियमों का ज्ञान व कृतिम श्वसन (सांस) देना आदि।

10. ओहम के नियम, एलीमेट्री विद्युत इंजीनियरिंग तथा मुख्या फ्यूज, स्विच इत्यादि जोकि लो वॉल्टे
सर्किट विद्युत संस्थातपना के लिए प्रयुक्त हो उनका ज्ञान होना।

11. सामान्य पावर व लाइटों की संस्थापना के लिए प्रयुक्त होने वाले समान की सूची आदि बनाना।

12. विद्युत मापी यंत्रों का प्रयोग व जांच करना।

13. मोटर, जनरेटर, स्विच बोर्ड, कंट्रोल गियर मे खराबी ढूंढने और जांच करके ठीक करना तथा ऐसी
मीटर, विद्युत यंत्रों (ऊर्जा मापी यंत्र ) के प्रयोग करने में सक्षमता।

14. डीएमडबल्यू मे विद्युत पंप की मुरम्मत व परिचालन करना।

15. कंडक्टर, इन्स्युलेटर, अनेक विद्युतीय यंत्रों, पावर सप्लाई आदि का पूर्ण ज्ञान होना।

16. यंत्रों की-रीडिंग लेना और लोग शीट भरने में सक्षम।

17. सब स्टेशन स्विच बोर्ड के सर्किट व विभिन्न लगे हुये पुर्जों के बारे में जानकारी होना।

18. स्विच गियर में खराबी हूँढना व मरम्मत करनु॥।

19. सुरक्षा संबन्धित प्रचलित सभी पहलुओं का सही ज्ञान होना।

20. सभी प्रकार के सही फ्यूज़ लगाने आने चाहिए।

21. बिजली के झटके लगने पर प्राथमिक उपचार और अग्नि शामक यंत्रों का प्रयोग करने मे प्रवीण हो।

22. स्टेशन मे विभिन्न प्रकार के सर्किट/उप सर्किट उनका पीक लोड/औसतन लोड की अच्छी जानकारी होना।

23. संकट कालीन स्थिति जैसे तूफान/बाढ़ आदि में फीडर स्विचों का संचालन का ज्ञान।

24. एनर्जी मोटर मापन, त्रुटि देखना व मरम्मत आदि।

25. अवरोधक टेप व अन्य प्रकार के विद्युत अवरोधी समान का प्रयोग।

26. स्टॉक/नॉन स्टॉक सामान का मांग पत्र तैयार करना।

27. स्टोर से स्टाक (नॉन स्टॉक, ईशू) लेखा, द्वारा सामान निकलवाने की प्रणाली का ज्ञान।

28. भारतीय विद्युत नियमों का ज्ञान।

29. ऊर्जा संरक्षण, पावर फैक्टर, कैपेसिटर जैसे ऊर्जा बनाने वाले उपकरणो का प्रयोग।

30. निम्नलिखित की सामान्य परिभाषा, कार्य और संचालन / रखरखाव:-

i. रेफ्रीजरेसन, एयर कंडीशनिंग, रेफ्रीजरेसन चक्र (वाष्प संपीड़न प्रणाली), श्रॉटलिंग डिवाइस, वाष्पीकरण।

ii. कंप्रेशर, कंडेनसर, कंडेनसर वॉटर पंप, कूलिंग टॉवर, 3- फेज मोटर ।

iii. कोल्ड वॉटर पंप, रेफ्रिजरेंट पाइपिंग, रेफ़िजरेंट के गुण, . विभिन्न रेफ़िजरेंट।

iv. एक्सपैनसन वाल्व, एएचयू, ब्लोअर, पंखे, एयर डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन सिस्टम, थर्मल इंसुलेशन, कंट्रोल।

v. डिजाइन के माध्यम से ऊर्जा की बचत, ऑपरेशन और रखरखाव।

vi. विशेष उपकरण और मापने के उपकरण।

vii. एसी संयंत्रों के संचालन से पहले परीक्षण, एसी संयंत्र के संचालन और नियमित रखरखाव।

viii. विंडो /स्प्लिट एयर कंडीशनर, पैनल एयर कंडीशनर और सीएनसी मशीनों से जुड़ी चिलर।

34. राजभाषा पाठ्यक्रम भाषायी आधार पर भारत को किले क्षेत्रों में बांटा गया है। संघ सरकार की राजभाषा नीति क्या है। केंद्रीय सरकार के कार्यालयों में राजभाषा का प्रयोग बढ़ाने के लिए कौन-कौन से पुरस्कार दिये जाने एवं डी.एम.डब्ल्यू. में राजभाषा का प्रयोग बढाने के लिए कौन-कौन सी प्रोत्साहन पुरस्कार योजनाएँ लागू की गई हैं। उपरोक्त पाठ्यक्रम को दिशानिर्देश के तौर पर ही माना जाये। कोई अन्यक विषय जो ट्रेड टेस्टिंग अधिकारी उचित और तर्कसंगत समझेगा। वह भी ट्रेड टेस्ट में शामिल किए जा सकते हैं।

नोट: आइटम नंबर 25 से 29 केवल विद्युत फिटर ग्रेड-। और Sr Tech के लिए है।

1 . Must be able to read/ write English/ Hindi letters numerals and metric scales.

2. Must be able to read drawings and make simple wiring diagrams.

3. Must know about various symbols used in Electrical Circuits and Panel Boards.

4. Must have knowledge of use, care and maintenance of servicing tools, measuring instruments and gauges pertaining to his trade.

5. Must have the knowledge of various electrical parameters like voltage, wattage, current, capacitance, etc. , and the measuring units.

6. Must know the working principles of secondary cells. Charging/ discharging methods and testing procedures of various types of secondary cells.

8. Must know the basic principles of refrigeration and air conditioning.

9. Must have the knowledge of working of AC units, Water Coolers, Refrigerators, Deep-freezers, types of compressors and their application.

10. Must have the knowledge of properties of refrigerant gas and its application.

11 . Must have knowledge of various types of AC coaches, equipments and their capacities.

12. Must have the basic knowledge about trouble shooting and isolation of various equipments used in RMPU AC coaches and Under-slung AC Coaches by operating Rotary/ Changeover switches in different make control panels.

13. Must have the knowledge of testing, charging and commissioning of AC units, Refrigerators.

14. Must have knowledge of different types of Refrigerant controls and their working

15. Must have basic knowledge and outline working principles of invertors, ERRUs, Chargers and other Electronic Equipments used in AC Coaches.

16. Must know about official language policy of Indian Government and use of Hindi in official correspondence.

17. Must be able to read Hindi works and small sentences used in Log books and instructions given on the AC coach equipments.

18. Passenger Amenities in AC Coaches.
