Indian Railway Health Service Rules, 2026 लागू: Railway Medical Service Recruitment Rules, 1999 का स्थान लिया

Railway Board ने Indian Railway Health Service Rules, 2026 अधिसूचित किए हैं। नई rules व्यवस्था ने Railway Medical Service Recruitment Rules, 1999 को supersede किया है और Gazette में publication के साथ लागू हुई है।

नई व्यवस्था Indian Railway Health Service को formal service framework देती है। इसमें विभिन्न grades के duty posts, recruitment methods, promotion structure, seniority, probation, confirmation और cadre-related provisions निर्धारित किए गए हैं। Schedule में Apex से Junior Time Scale तक के पद शामिल हैं; कुल sanctioned duty posts की संख्या 2,533 बताई गई है।

Rules के अनुसार existing officers जो commencement के समय संबंधित grades में regular duty posts पर कार्यरत हैं, उन्हें respective grades में service का member माना जाएगा। Junior Time Scale में vacant posts की direct recruitment Combined Medical Services Examination के माध्यम से होगी, जबकि higher grades में direct recruitment और departmental promotion के अलग-अलग ratios निर्धारित हैं।

Railway Employees के लिए महत्व

यह Railway medical cadre के लिए major structural development है। Medical officers के recruitment, promotion और cadre administration पर इसका सीधा प्रभाव पड़ेगा।

Practical Implications

Railway medical service में कार्यरत officers को अपने grade, seniority, promotion channel और applicable Schedule provisions को नई rules के साथ cross-check करना चाहिए। Recruitment की तैयारी कर रहे medical graduates को आगे जारी होने वाली detailed recruitment notifications को देखना चाहिए।

नई service rules के आधार पर cadre management, vacancies और promotion panels के लिए Railway Board के implementing orders महत्वपूर्ण होंगे।
