8th CPC ने Cadre Data Collection में 32-Point Information Framework मांगा

8th Central Pay Commission ने Ministries/Departments/UT Administrations से cadre और post-wise information collect करने के लिए Data Collection Portal में Annexure-L enable किया है। इस Annexure में प्रत्येक cadre/post के संबंध में 32 fields की जानकारी मांगी गई है।

Information में sanctioned strength, working strength, unfilled vacancies, Recruitment Rules, educational qualification, recruitment method, feeder/promotional posts और cadre review status जैसे details शामिल हैं। Data को applicable Recruitment Rules और sanctioned strength के आधार पर verify करके submit करने को कहा गया है।

Commission ने staffing position को 1 जनवरी 2026 के आधार पर report करने और multiple feeder/promotional posts वाले cases में separate rows बनाने जैसी instructions भी दी हैं।

Central Government/Railway Employees के लिए महत्व

यह 8th CPC की internal data-collection exercise है। Cadre structure और sanctioned/working strength का accurate data future pay/cadre analysis के लिए महत्वपूर्ण हो सकता है।

महत्वपूर्ण सावधानी

Annexure-L submission को salary increase या fitment factor की घोषणा नहीं समझना चाहिए। यह data collection exercise है; इससे कोई particular pay revision figure अपने-आप तय नहीं होती।

Practical Implications

Personnel/cadre controlling authorities को existing Recruitment Rules और sanctioned strength के साथ data verify करना होगा। Employees के लिए इसका immediate action सामान्यतः आवश्यक नहीं है, जब तक उनका department उनसे specific verification न मांगे।

8th CPC द्वारा अन्य Annexures और collected cadre data के आधार पर आगे की analysis/recommendations महत्वपूर्ण होंगी।
