Joining Time Rules  1101. Extent of application. --Joining Time shall be granted to a Railway servant on transfer in public interest to enable him to join the new post either at the same or a new station. On temporary transfer. --No joining time is admissible in the case of temporary transfer for a period not exceeding 180 days.
