मेरे द्वारा कैंसिल कराए टिकट के रिफंड की स्थिति, तत्काल टिकट बुक कराने का समय, सीट की उपलब्धता और ई-टिकट रद्द करने के तरीकों के बारे में यात्री सबसे अधिक सवाल कर रहे हैं। जिनका जवाब रेलवे की दिशा चौबीस घंटे में लाखों बार दे रही हैं। दरअसल, आस्क दिशा इंडियन रेलवे कैटरिंग एंड टूरिज्म कार्पाेरेशन (आइआरसीटीसी) के पोर्टल पर एक विकल्प का नाम है। जिस पर यात्री रेल यात्रा से जुड़ी जिज्ञासाओं का समाधान पूछ सकते हैं। इस विकल्प पर सबसे अधिक उपर दिए गए चार सवाल बार-बार पूछे जा रहे हैं। अधिक पूछे जाने वाले सवालों की जानकारी आइआरसीटीसी के जरिए दी जा रही है। आइआरसीटीसी रेलवे का उपक्रम है।

सवाल और जवाब

सवाल- मेरे द्वारा कैंसिल कराए गए टिकट के रिफंड की स्थिति क्या है?

जवाब- चबीस घंटे से लेकर सात दिवस के भीतर राशि स्वतः खाते में आएगी।

सवाल- तत्काल के टिकट कब बुक कराए जा सकते हैं?

जवाब- एसी श्रेणी के टिकट 10 से और स्लीपर के टिकट सुबह 11 बजे से बुक करा सकते हैं।

सवाल- सीट की उपलब्धता कैसे पता करेंगे?

जवाब- आइआरसीटीसी के पोर्टल पर जाकर आसानी से पता कर सकते हैं। रेलवे सुविधा नंबर 139 पर भी जानकारी मिल जाती है।

सवाल- ई-टिकट कैंसिल कैसे करा सकते हैं?

जवाब- जिस तरह आइआरसीटीसी के पोर्टल से टिकट बुक कराते हैं उसी तरह पोर्टल पर टिकट कैंसिल कराने के भी विकल्प है। विकल्प पर मांगी जानकारी देकर टिकट कैंसिल करा सकते हैं।
