आईआरसीटीसी रेल यात्रियो के लिए समय-समय पर नई सेवाओं को शुरू करता रहता है. ताजा मामले में आईआरसीटीसी ने अपनी वेबसाइट पर आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (Artificial Intelligence) से युक्त चैटबोट फीचर ‘Ask Disha’ को शुरू किया है. बता दें कि टिकट बुक करने वालों के लिए यह सुविधा काफी महत्वपूर्ण है. IRCTC ने ट्वीट के जरिए जानकारी दी है कि अब यह सुविधा 24 घंटे रेल यात्रियों के लिए उपलब्ध रहेगी.

Ask Disha फीचर के जरिए रेल यात्रियों को उनके सवाल का जवाब तुरंत मिल सकेगा. यह फीचर वेबसाइ) पर दाहिनी ओर नीचे मिलता है. रेल यात्री टिकट कैंसिलेशन, तत्काल टिकट बुकिंग, टिकट बुकिंग और अन्य सवालों के जवाब पा सकेंगे. IRCTC का कहना है कि Ask Disha के जरिए रेल यात्री कोई सवाल पूछ सकते हैं.

Ask Disha चैट बॉक्स में सवाल टाइप करते ही आपका जवाब मिल जाएगा. रेल यात्री Ask Disha के जरिए चैट बॉक्स में सवाल लिखते हैं कि ई टिकट को कैसे कैंसिल करें और कैसे रिफंड पाएं. इसके जवाब में Ask Disha पूरा प्रोसेस बता देगी. कोई भी यूजर हिंदी या अंग्रेजी में सवाल पूछ सकता है.

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक पिछले बजट के मुकाबले 1 फरवरी को पेश होने वाले बजट में वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण रेलवे बजट में 8 फीसदी से 10 फीसदी तक इजाफा कर सकती हैं. मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक आगामी बजट में रेलवे में इंफ्रा, निजीकरण और सुरक्षा पर खासा जोर दिया जा सकता है. बता दें कि पिछले बजट वर्ष 2019-20 में रेलवे को 65,837 करोड़ रुपये दिए गए थे, जबकि इस बार यह बजट बढ़कर 72,000 करोड़ रुपये हो सकता है.
