मध्य रेल में सतर्कता जागरूकता सेमीनार का आयोजन

मध्य रेल कामकाज में पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सतर्कता जागरूकता के लिए विभिन्न सेमिनार आयोजित करके पीआईडीपीआई और इसके महत्व के बारे में जानकारी प्रसारित करने के अपने प्रयास जारी रखे हुए है।

पुणे और भुसावल मंडल में सेमिनार के अलावा, भुसावल मंडल और नागपुर मंडल में 2 और सेमिनार आयोजित किए गए।

ये 2 सेमिनार पीआईडीपीआई पर केंद्रित थे और मामलों के तार्किक निष्कर्ष में परिणत होने वाली प्रभावी अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई जैसे क्षेत्रों पर, अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के साथ बातचीत के बाद निवारक सतर्कता गतिविधियों के हिस्से के रूप में चयनात्मक मामले के अध्ययन पर चर्चा की गई।

सेमिनार की अध्यक्षता एसडीजीएम (वरिष्ठ उप महाप्रबंधक) और डीआरएम (मंडल रेल प्रबंधक) ने की और सभी मंडल अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों ने भाग लिया।

जागरूकता पैदा करने की दिशा में एक प्रशासनिक कदम के रूप में मध्य रेल,मुख्यालय और मुंबई मंडल/कार्यशालाओं में इसी तरह के सेमिनार आयोजित किए गए हैं।

मध्य रेल के मण्डल एवं कारखाने भी सतर्कता जागरूकता सप्ताह-2023 के हिस्से के रूप में आयोजित की जा रही विभिन्न गतिविधियों में भाग ले रहे हैं।

पुणे मंडल ने “भ्रष्टाचार का विरोध करें: राष्ट्र के प्रति समर्पित रहें, भ्रष्टाचार को ना कहें, राष्ट्र के लिए प्रतिबद्ध रहें” विषय पर निबंध लेखन, नारा लेखन, ड्राइंग और वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता आयोजित की है।

उक्त प्रतियोगिता में विभिन्न विभागों के कर्मचारियों ने बड़ी संख्या में भाग लिया।

इसी तरह की गतिविधियाँ मध्य रेल के अन्य मंडलों में भी संचालित की जा रही हैं।

इसके अलावा, मध्य रेल ने दिनांक 18.10.2023 को 2 और सेमिनार आयोजित किए हैं, एक नैतिकता और शासन के विषयों पर और दूसरा साइबर स्वच्छता और सुरक्षा पर।

नैतिकता और शासन पर सेमिनार का संचालन प्रख्यात वक्ता श्री हिमांशु विश्नोई, पेशेवर कॉर्पोरेट कोच और नैतिकता और अखंडता पर विशेषज्ञ प्रशिक्षक द्वारा किया गया। इसकी अध्यक्षता मध्य रेल के महाप्रबंधक श्री नरेश लालवानी ने की और इसमें विभिन्न प्रमुख विभागों के प्रमुखों और मुख्यालय और मंडलों के अन्य अधिकारियों ने भाग लिया।

इसके अलावा, मुंबई मंडल में दिनांक 19.10.2023 को 2 सतर्कता जागरूकता सेमिनार आयोजित करके पीआईडीपीआई और इसके महत्व के बारे में जानकारी प्रसारित करने के अपने प्रयास जारी रखे और महाप्रबंधक कार्यालय में दोपहर के सत्र में एक और सेमिनार आयोजित किया गया।

ये 2 सेमिनार संबंधितों को संवेदनशील बनाने के लिए पीआईडीपीआई और अन्य विभिन्न सतर्कता पहलुओं और संबंधित अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई कार्यवाहियों पर केंद्रित थे। सतर्कता जागरूकता सेमिनार में मंडल के अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों और मुख्यालय अधिकारियों ने अपने कर्मचारियों के साथ भाग लिया।

मध्य रेल अपने दैनिक कामकाज में पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।

Central Railway is continuing its efforts in disseminating information about PIDPI and its importance by conducting various seminars for vigilance awareness to ensure transperancy in working.
Further to seminar at Pune and Bhusawal Division, 2 more seminars at Bhusaval division and at Nagpur division conducted.
These 2 seminars were focused on PIDPI and areas like effective Disciplinary action proceedings culminating into a logical conclusion of cases, selective case studies were discussed as part of preventive vigilance activities followed by interaction with officers and staff.
The seminars were presided over by SDGM (Senior Deputy General Manager) and DRM (Divisional Railway Manager) and attended by all divisional officers /Staff.
Similar seminars have been taken at CR Headquarter and Mumbai Division/ workshops as an administrative step towards creating awareness.Divisions / workshops across Central Railway are participating in various activities being conducted as part of Vigilance awareness week-2023.
Pune Division has conducted Essay writing Slogan writing, Drawing and Debate competition on topic “भ्रष्टाचार का विरोध करे: राष्ट्र के प्रति समर्पित रहे, Say no to corruption, commit to the Nation”.Staff of various Departments have participated in large number in the said competition.Similar activities are being conducted in other Divisions of Central Railway.
Further, Central Railway has organised 2 more seminars on 18.10.2023, one on the topics of Ethics & governance and another on Cyber Hyegiene & Security. The seminar on Ethics & governance conducted by eminent speakers Shri Himanshu Vishnoi, professional Corporate Coach and expert trainer on Ethics and Integrity. It was presided over by Shri Naresh Lalwani, General manager, Central Railway and attended by various principal heads of departments and others Officers of HQs and from the Divisions.
In addition, continued its efforts for disseminating information about PIDPI and its importance by conducting 2 vigilance awareness seminars on 19.10.2023 at Mumbai division and another seminar was organised in the afternoon session at GM Office.
These 2 seminars were focused on PIDPI and other various Vigilance aspects and related Disciplinary action proceedings in order to sensitise the concerned. The vigilance awareness seminars were attended by divisional officers/Staff and HQ officers along with their staff.
